GENERAL TERMS
- Please write in a clear and polite manner.
- Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs, you will be warned the first time. A second violation of this will result in a blacklist.
- I have the right to refuse to draw for you if I have had negative issues with you in the past or simply do not trust the commissioner in any way, including but not limited to: being sketchy, rude, impatient etc.- Provide clean and easy to read references. I do not take written, 3D, VRChat or AI references.
- Please let me know if you have a specific pose or expression, and background. If nothing is told to me I will use artistic freedom and draw what suits your character/s- If you request to be the first in my Commission Queue or pushed ahead, you will be charged a fee depending on how many commissions I have left. (+$10 every person you want to surpass in the queue)- All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
- The currency accepted is USD. (Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo, Square, Zelle, Stripe, Wise, Ko-Fi)
- I begin once payment is sent. If payment is not sent within 24 hours of the payment request, your commission slot will be canceled and your DM will be deleted as well. If this happens more than twice, you will be blocked and blacklisted.CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
- After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made; such as small piercings, coloring/marking mistakes, small alts. If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
- Any great changes will come with an extra charge; such as a pose change, outfit change, alternate versions, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.- There is a two week cooldown period when you first commission where I'd really prefer you didn't ask for updates as it's very unlikely it's your turn for your slot in the queue that fast.- Please wait at least one week between update requests. Please do not message me every day, or every other day, looking for updates or progress. I will update you when I have progress, but otherwise I will not send a message on my own just to say there's been no progress.
- Give me at least 48 hours to respond to your message before bumping the conversation.- If you are unhappy with a commission, I will do my best to remedy the situation and make it happy for you, the client.
- I will not break my own terms of service for any client.
- I will not refund or partial refund a finished commission. Ever.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
- I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
- Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to; Promote myself in any place or site or to display it anywhere to my liking.- The commissioner is allowed to; Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise. Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.- The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way: this does not include designs, just the art itself) Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork. Removing any watermarks/signatures or altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent- Commercial Rights can be purchased from me for an additional +300% of the commissions' total cost.
- Purchasing the commercial rights to any of my artwork that you, personally, commission from me gives you the rights to print, sell, distribute and copy the image as much as you'd like, even for profit.
- Once commercial rights are purchased we will both sign a contract detailing the transaction and the art will effectivly be yours with no need to credit me unless you choose to do so. My watermark will remain off the image unless you ask me to include it in this case.PAYMENTS + REFUNDS
- I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
- You can get refunded ONLY if I am at or before the lineart point of the commission. Even so you will only be refunded 50% of your money back, as I have already started and spent my time on your commission that could have been used to finish another commissioner's art. If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.- If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and you will be forbidden to ever commission me, (“ServalTwist”) ever again. Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want for others to watch out for. Please just actually talk to me if you want a refund, there will never be a situation where a chargeback will be a necessary force to use.- Payment is to be made within 24 hours of claiming a slot. I do not do slot holds.
- Payment will be in USD to any of my listed payment methods: (Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo, Square, Zelle, Stripe, Wise, Ko-Fi)- I only accept payment plans for commissions over $200 with a 50% downpayment. The rest must be paid within 2 weeks or your money will be sent back to you and the commission cancelled. If you repeat this behavior again, you will be blocked and blacklisted.PROCESS
- Work In Progress photos will be given in this order, sketch, line art, and final draft. WIPs might be given as well if I, the artist, wonder something about the commission.
- The time for your commission to be completed can be from a couple hours up to 3 months depending on many factors such as; Health, order of commission, complexity, work, or personal issues.
- If I have something come up and fail to complete the commission, you will be fully refunded as it is my fault I could not finish.- I work oldest to newest in most cases. I will often jump smaller work ahead of larger work because an icon is much faster to get out than a reference sheet.- Please check my queue for updates before you reach out to me for one and remember the 2 week cooldown period before reaching out.
- I keep my Trello Queue and Toyhouse Queue up to date in real time. If you are not on there, you have been missed. Please politely remind me to put you on there.- If you haven't gotten your commission within 6 months REACH OUT TO ME ASAP. I shouldn't have any commissions over 3 months old as of now and I need you to reach out as you have slipped through the cracks!
